A Voice for Working Families, Defender of Public Schools and Advocate for Nurses and Our Patients.

As a nurse and an advocate for both patients and nurses, I have had a front row seat to watch the impact of dysfunctional politicians in Jefferson City, damaging our communities’ fragile healthcare systems and the people they are meant to serve.

Our healthcare policy should be determined by experts like nurses who work on the front lines of our healthcare systems. We interact most directly with both the patients we serve and the consequences of the dysfunction and red-tape coming from Jefferson City. I will be the only nurse in the house, and I promise to advocate for healthcare workers and our patients.

I am running as a proud union member to fight for Columbia’s working families and their small businesses to ensure they have an ally for the resources they need to grow and thrive.

I am running as a parent and fierce advocate of our public education system to protect Columbia Public Schools and address issues within our public education system. My children are students at Columbia Public Schools, which my wife and I are very big fans of.
