Nurse, Advocate for Working Families, and Father of Kids in Public Schools
As a nurse and an advocate for both patients and nurses, I have had a front row seat to watch the impact of the dysfunctional politicians in Jefferson City, and how they damage our community’s fragile healthcare systems and the people they are meant to serve.
Healthcare policy should be determined by experts like nurses who work on the front lines. We interact most directly with the patients we serve and see the real-world consequences of the dysfunction and red-tape coming from Jefferson City. When elected I will be the only nurse in the House.
I am running as a proud union member to fight for Columbia working families and their small businesses to level the playing field in Jefferson City to ensure they have the resources they need to grow and thrive.
I am running as a parent and fierce advocate to protect Columbia Public Schools and address issues within our public education system. My children are students in Columbia Public Schools, which my wife and I are very big fans of.
